I know what it's like to sit where you are.

Like many therapists, I started with a passion for helping people heal. What I didn't know was how much I would need to learn about leadership, hiring, finances, systems, supervision, and business development in order to build a successful group practice.

Today, I own and lead two thriving group practices serving clients throughout Orange County and San Diego County. Over the years, I have built teams, developed supervisors, implemented systems, navigated growth challenges, and learned firsthand what it takes to create a practice that is both impactful and sustainable.

The lessons I've learned along the way became the foundation of The Thriving Practice Method.

I created this consulting practice to help therapists build thriving group practices with greater clarity, confidence, and support than I had when I started.
